Sign up for eStatements

eStatements are electronic copies of your statement, they are a quick and easy way to receive and store your monthly statement using your access through online banking. You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view your eStatements.

Still have questions? Here are the steps to sign up for eStatements and Online Banking.

  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Select ESTATEMENTS on the top navigation menu, a new screen will pop up.
  3. Review the disclosure agreement.
  4. Select the ‘electronic statement’ link as directed to make sure you are able to view future statements properly on your computer.  
  5. Using the code at the top of the ‘electronic statement’ will need to be entered into the ‘Confirmation Code’ field. 
  6. Select “I Agree”.
  7. Choose the account(s) that you wish to receive eStatements by selecting and checking one of the boxes next to each account shown.
  8. Select ‘Next’.
  9. Select ‘Enroll’.
  10. You are now signed up for eStatements.
  1. Complete the First Time User Information form entries as labeled.
    • SSN is 9 digits only, without dashes.
    • Your Account Number.
    • Name is required in the event we need to contact you.
    • E-Mail Address should be where you want us to send any banking related messages.
    • Zip Code is your home address zip code.
  2. Submit the form.
    • If an error message is returned, click on the back button under the message to return to the form. Review your information, correct any errors, and resubmit.
    • If you need assistance, print or write down the specific wording of the error and call 877.672.2265 between 8:30am and 5pm (Central time), Monday through Friday.
  3. Change your Username and Password on the next screen after the form is accepted.
    • Username must be at least 6 characters of any combination of letters, numbers or special characters. An abbreviated name or nickname that is easy to remember is recommended. You may use your SSN as your Username if you prefer; simply enter it in the Username box.
    • Passwords must be 6 - 16 characters. Special characters such as punctuation marks (#, @, *, etc.) cannot be used and passwords cannot read the same backwards and forwards.
    • Username and Password are CASE SENSITIVE! Remember how you entered them here for future logins.
  4. Submit the Username and Password changes. Your account list should appear on the next screen. Now you are ready to bank online.
