How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
You will need an Online Banking account to sign up. If you're already an Online Banking subscriber, simply log into your account and enroll in Mobile Banking through the Options menu.
After you've enrolled, select the option for Downloadable Mobile Apps and you'll receive an SMS message including a link to download the app for your device and a 2nd message to activate it. You can also download the North Shore Bank Mobile Banking app directly from Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store and install it.
Hardware & software requirements.
The North Shore Bank Mobile Banking app will run on the following devices and operating systems:- Apple iPhone - iOS 3.0+ (iPod Touch and iPad are not currently supported) View compatibility chart.
- Android - 2.2+ View compatibility chart.
Installing the app:
The easiest way to install our app is directly through Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store, you can follow the appropriate steps below and install from within your Online Banking account.
iPhone- Log into Online Banking and manage your Mobile Banking settings through the Options menu.
- Select the Change my Mobile Banking services option next to the device on which you want to install the app.
- Select checkbox for Downloadable Mobile Apps.
- You'll receive an SMS message including a link to download the app. Tapping the link will take you to our app's page in the Apple App Store.
- A second SMS message containing a link to activate the app will be sent to your device.
- The North Shore Bank Mobile Banking app will launch, and you can log into your account.
- Log into Online Banking and manage your Mobile Banking settings through the Options menu.
- Select the Change my Mobile Banking services option next to the device on which you want to install the app.
- Select checkbox for Downloadable Mobile Apps.
- You'll receive an SMS message including a link to download the app. Tapping the link will take you to our app's page in the Google Play Store. After selecting Install, you will be asked to log into your Google Account.
- A second SMS message containing a link to activate the app will be sent to your device.
- The North Shore Bank Mobile Banking app will launch, and you can log into your account.
