“Margaret was a banking industry and Wisconsin business leader who dedicated more than 40 years of service to her clients, and most importantly, was a remarkable person who cared deeply about our community and those in it.

“Margaret most recently held the role of Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager at North Shore Bank and made a significant impact during her 11-year career at the bank and beyond in our community.

“She was the epitome of a servant leader and was an inspiration and mentor to many within Southeastern Wisconsin. Her leadership shone brightly as a teacher of financial literacy at Marquette University High School, leading fiscal responsibility classes for youth in foster care through Bridge for Better, training Latino Chamber of Commerce of Southeastern Wisconsin members on cash flow via seminars, and working with families and young adults through her church on financial counseling and literacy.

“Margaret earned industry recognition for her leadership and impact in commercial banking. In 2023, she was recognized as one of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Women of Influence, and in 2022, as a Notable Commercial Banking Lender by BizTimes.

“We feel a great sense of loss with the passing of our colleague and friend while we honor her many contributions. Her accomplishments and impacts will be long felt in our community and industry.”
