Account Alerts notify you of account activity in real time via text and email (in Online Banking), and push notifications (in the Mobile App).  They make it easy to stay informed of your account balances, transaction activity, loan payments, and account security changes.  With a wide variety of alert options to choose from, you can manage your money on your terms.


Your account alert options include:

  • Account balance above or below a specified amount
  • Debit or credit transactions posting
  • Loan payment past due
  • Loan payment due date
  • Transaction over a specified amount

You will also receive security alerts for the following activity:

  • Login ID has changed
  • Online Banking password has changed
  • Security question has changed

Getting Started is Easy

Access Account Alerts through
"Manage Alerts" link in the Mobile App.

Log into Online Banking and choose
"Create Alert" on the account you wish to monitor.

FAQs

Yes, you can send alerts to multiple email addresses and mobile phones when you log in on the Mobile App or in Online Banking. Under Manage Delivery, select to either add a new email address or add a new phone number. 


If your email address or phone number changes, you can also delete any email addresses or phone numbers you would no longer like to receive alerts.

Set up account alert push, text, and/or email notifications in the Mobile App:
  1. Locate Alerts under Quick Links or on the More page.
  2. Turn on Push Notifications and then select Account Alerts.
  3. Next, choose an account and select Add new alert.
  4. Select the type of alert and set its criteria.
  5. Under Delivery Methods, activate push notification, email, and/or text message and select Save.

Set up email and/or text account alerts from Online Banking:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Security Center > Account and Security Alerts.
  2. Use the Manage Alerts tab to choose and customize the alerts you want. You will also choose the accounts you would like the alert placed on and what email address or phone number you want them sent to.

Within Online Banking, you can set up a "quiet time" for your alerts. Email and text account alerts will not be delivered during this time. Once the quiet time ends, you will receive the alert.

To set up Quiet Times, click on the Manage Delivery tab in Alerts within Online Banking. In the Quiet Times section, you can edit the quiet time for email and text notifications.

"Quiet Time" controls are not supported in the Mobile App.

Account alerts are real-time and will be sent to you as soon as possible after the transaction has occurred.

  • Mobile AppSet up and receive Account Alert push, email, and text notifications.
  • Online BankingSet up and receive email and text notifications. Please note that you can also set up a "quiet time" for your text and email alerts by clicking the Manage Delivery tab in Alerts.

In Online Banking:

  • Navigate to Settings > Security and Alerts > Alerts.
