THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. YOU MAY ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES ONLY IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE PER THE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW AND LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE UNITED STATES LAW.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. 

NAME OF SWEEPSTAKES: This sweepstakes is referred to as the 2025 "North Shore Bank Wauwatosa Voucher Sweepstakes" (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by North Shore Bank (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age and not considered a minor in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, business units, advertising and promotion agencies and any Sweepstakes judges, (collectively the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and members of each employee’s immediate family, defined as spouses, (biological, adoptive and step) parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. 

ENTRY PERIOD:  Participants may submit entries for the Sweepstakes from 8:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on April 1, 2025 to 7:00 p.m. CT on June 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: For individuals who receive a voucher from Sponsor titled Wauwatosa Instant Win (the "Voucher"), such individuals may bring the Voucher to the video teller at 8706 W. North Avenue in Wauwatosa WI 53226 (the "Branch") during normal business hours in order to receive a prize (as described below). Limit of one (1) entry per person. Vouchers will be distributed to customers and non-customers. No consideration necessary to enter the Sweepstakes or win.

Any participants or entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to not be in compliance with any of the entry or eligibility requirements and restrictions set forth herein will not be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Date and time of entry for determination of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. By entering, entrant represents that he or she has complied with all the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. 

SELECTION OF WINNERS:  During the Sweepstakes Period, each entrant who submits a Voucher at the Branch will receive a cash prize. Vouchers will be randomly distributed and each Voucher will entitle the holder to one (1) cash prize. No other method of entry aside from those described above will be eligible. Vouchers must be presented at the Branch during the Sweepstakes Period in order to win.

PERSONAL DATA: Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants when they enter the Sweepstakes. This personal information may be used by the Sponsor for internal purposes, and may be used for administrative, promotional and marketing purposes associated with the Sweepstakes. By entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree that, subject to applicable law, this personal information may also be disclosed to and used by the Sponsor or its affiliates, and any companies that perform services on their behalf, for marketing, advertising and solicitation activities, including identifying products and services for which entrants may be eligible, and offering products and services to entrants. This personal information will not be used for any other purpose nor will it otherwise be disclosed to any other third parties, unless otherwise required by law.

PUBLICITY:  By entering the Sweepstakes, unless otherwise prohibited by law, each entrant grants the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Parties, the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publish the entrant’s name and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without further notice or approval. Sponsor may require any entrant to execute documents to confirm the grant of rights hereunder; failure to do so may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants acknowledge that they will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for their entries or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules.

PRIZES:  Each Voucher will be randomly assigned an amount of cash for which it is redeemable (a "prize"). Each entrant will win a prize. There are a total of 500 Vouchers and 500 prizes. The aggregate value of all prizes is $3,400.00. The collective prizes will include 490 Vouchers worth $5; 9 Vouchers worth $50; and 1 Voucher worth $500. Vouchers are distributed randomly and odds of winning a particular prize are: for $5 prize, 1:49; for $50 prize, 491:9; and for $500 prize, 499:1.

WINNER OBLIGATIONS:  All prizes are non-transferable. The prizes may not be substituted, except by Sponsor. All income taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  

RELEASE OF LIABILITY; CONSENT: By entering the Sweepstakes or accepting any prize, each participant agrees to release, discharge, defend, indemnify and hold the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (including death) to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any prize related activities or participation in this Sweepstakes including any and all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in responding to and/or defending such claims.

Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Parties shall not be liable to winner for failure to supply the prize by reason of any acts of God; any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid; equipment failure; terrorist acts; air raid; blackout; act of public enemy; earthquake; war (declared or undeclared); fire; flood; epidemic; explosion; unusually severe weather; hurricane; embargo; labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal); labor or material shortage; transportation interruption of any kind; work slow-down; civil disturbance; insurrection; riot; or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control. 

Entrant further agrees that (a) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded or use of any entry, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) entries or Vouchers that are lost, late, stolen, damaged, garbled, destroyed or misdirected; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network or, software; (iv) causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (vi) any typographical or other error in any printing or advertising related to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the winners; (vii) cheating or fraud by any entrant; or (viii) any modification or cancellation of the Sponsor's marketing initiative.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Sweepstakes Period, those entrants that met the criteria for the prize up to the point of termination may be awarded the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry/voting process or any aspect of this Sweepstakes.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
