North Shore Bank to Host Series of Free Bilingual Seminars on Buying Homes

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it will host a series of free Get Smart Home Seminars for people looking to learn more about the home buying process. The seminars, which are open to the public, will be held in the community room at the North Shore Bank Jackson Park office (4230 W. Oklahoma Ave) in Milwaukee. There will be seven bilingual seminars over the next several months, starting in July.
 
The seminars will feature a representative from Realty One and will focus on five specific steps of the home buying process. Those steps will be starting with pre-approval, understanding credit, lending options, home inspection and grants.
 
“At North Shore Bank, these free seminars are a way for us to connect with our community and help make the financial aspects of buying a home easy,” said Miguel Pesqueira, community mortgage lending manager at North Shore Bank.
 
The seminar schedule is as follows:

  • Saturday, July 27 at 11:30 a.m. – With Mortgage Loan Professional Nancy Arciga
  • Saturday, September 7 at 11:30 a.m. With Mortgage Loan Professional Miguel Pesqueria
  • Saturday, September 28 at 11:30 a.m. With Mortgage Loan Professional Nancy Arciga
  • Saturday, October 19 at 11:30 a.m. With Mortgage Loan Professional Miguel Pesqueria
  • Saturday, November 9 at 11:30 a.m. With Mortgage Loan Professional Diana Castillo
  • Saturday, December 7 at 11:30 a.m. With Mortgage Loan Professional Nancy Arciga
