North Shore Bank Opens New Brookfield Capitol Branch on Oct. 19

New office reaffirms investment to the community the bank has been serving for 40 years.
BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that construction is complete on the new, full-service branch at 15830 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI 53005. Starting on Monday, Oct. 19, the new office, constructed on the existing North Shore Bank property in front of the previous branch, is now open to the public.

The new branch features an updated design concept and offers customers banking that is more convenient, including extended video teller drive-up hours, 24/7 drive-up ATMs, in-branch coin counting, and more private customer areas to conduct business. The new location serves customers financial needs by offering personal checking, business checking, savings accounts, retirement planning, consumer and mortgage lending, and more.

“We’re thrilled to showcase our new branch to the Brookfield community that we’ve loved serving for the past 40 years,” said Susan T. Doyle, senior vice president of retail banking at North Shore Bank. “This new space complements the current needs of our loyal customers and re-affirms our investment in this community.”

During construction, the previous branch remained open but now has plans to be demolished in November. Branch employees have transferred to the new location under the leadership of Andrew Torke, the branch manager of the bank’s Brookfield Capitol office. Torke has been with North Shore Bank, previously serving as the branch manager at its Sussex office. He has over a decade of experience in the banking industry.

To continue its involvement in the community and celebrate the new branch, the Brookfield Capitol branch will be hosting a curbside food collection from now through November 7, 2020. Community members are invited to participate by dropping off non-perishable food and monetary donations to benefit the ongoing efforts of Food for the Hungry of Brookfield. Additionally, North Shore Bank will match donations up to $500. The community can donate while social distancing and on November 7 from 9:00 AM until 12:00PM stop by during a curb-side drop-off to donate.
